HAM HOCK SOUP
Tomato and vegetable soup with smokey ham hock and orzo pasta.
TOM YUM SOUP - Vegetarian
Tom -yum style soup with Asian mushrooms, crisp julienne of vegetables and fresh coriander.
CHICKEN SALAD
Warm tandoori chicken salad with mint, cucumber and red onion mixed through a yoghurt dressing with salad greens.

Anitpasto platters - Chef's choice including pickled & braised vegetables, cold meats and crusty herb and garlic loaf . (Seafood option is available on request - includes smoked salmon, calamari and escabeche of sardines)
MAIN COURSES
CHICKEN STIR FRY
Sir fry of chicken with oyster sauce, crisp fresh vegetables and thin egg noodles.
ROAST CHICKEN
Oven roasted chicken pieces served with a tomato and clove scented rice pilaf and cinnamon yoghurt.
BRAISED PORK NECK
Soy and ginger braised pork neck, sliced and served with steamed rice and stir fried greens.
LAMB MEAT BALLS
Lebanese style lamb and rice meat balls in an eggplant, tomato and chickpea stew.
ROAST LAMB
Spiced roast lamb served on a bed of mixed roast vegetables with a mint flavoured sauce.
BRAISED BEEF
Pieces of braised beef served in a red wine and vegetable stew with creamy herbed polenta.
CALAMARI SKEWERS
Chilli, garlic and sherry marinated grilled calamari skewers served on a vegetable fried rice.
GRILLED FISH
Mexican spiced fish, grilled and served on a salsa of red kidney beans and capsicum, topped with chive sour cream.

Roast pumpkin, rocket and fetta cheese tart in an egg and parmesan custard.
